Convenient to both Cooperstown Baseball World and All Star Village, the Church Street House is located in residential section of Oneonta. This 1,260 square foot two-story home features central air-conditioning, a contemporary eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and updated tiled and hardwood floors throughout. There are three bedrooms, all on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen size bed, with a full size bed in each of the other two bedrooms. There are 2 full baths, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. This home has ample off-street parking, and an inviting side deck, complete with a gas grill. The deck provides a comfortable outdoor space for conversation, dining and relaxation. For your entertainment, there are 4 flat screen TVs with cable - a 55" (or larger) flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room, and a flat screen TV in each bedroom. There is a game room with an air hockey table located off the living room. The house is also equipped with high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi). Church Street House is within walking distance to the downtown area of Oneonta for shopping and restaurants, and centrally located for all of the baseball camp tournaments. Please: - No smoking - No pets - No team parties or large gatherings
The house was just perfect for our needs. Clean and had everything we needed very accessible. One thing to note is that the laundry is shared with a sister property, but was never an issue to throw in a load. There is central air, but the upstairs was a little warmer than downstairs, such as it is in most 2 story homes.
The property was clean and in good condition. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the All-Star Village and 3 block walk to downtown shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this location.
Clean well maintained home. Everything you need for a week long stay with family. Just felt a little uncomfortable with the empty boarded up homes to either side.
Owner Response: The adjacent properties are now under new ownership and have been renovated and are occupied.
Very clean and ball fields were easy to get to. Also, we like the fact we could walk to downtown Oneonta
