Avonmora has a very accessible waterfront, sitting on the Susquehanna River / Goodyear Lake waterway which is the longest river on the US eastern coast. For your enjoyment, there is a cozy fire pit by the water for relaxation and conversation with family and friends, and a multi-level deck/patio combination for outdoor dining and seating. The 3 season sun porch is an idyllic location for your new work-from-anywhere office!
This modern lakefront retreat has a sunroom, living room, dining area and a game room in the basement complete with a foosball table! The flooring has been updated to hardwood and tile throughout. There are 3 TVs in this well appointed vacation home, including a 55" (or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV in living room. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), central air-conditioning, a BBQ grill and even 2 kayaks are all provided for your enjoyment and comfort! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher). There is a combo k-cup/pot coffee brewer, toaster, electric can opener, etc - just to name a few of the small appliances. There is a king bedroom with en suite bath, a queen bedroom with en suite bath, and a common area bathroom with tub/shower combination.
One level living in this unit consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with a queen size bed. There are 3 bathrooms - each bedroom has its own private bath, with 1 additional full bath with tub/shower combo located off the main hallway. There are on-site laundry facilities available for your convenience.
This is a 2 bedroom lock-off unit in a larger home. If you need more space for a larger group, please inquire. There are 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can be added to sleep 8 total. Your comfort, health and safety are our primary focus. Due to social distancing concerns, we will only rent to one group at a time, so if you choose only the two bedroom option, the locked off area will be vacant.

This is a locally owned and operated property. I live within 15 minutes of the property and am available by phone or text 24/7 to answer questions or address concerns. You will be greeted at the property to get you registered and checked in and give you your keys.
Nestled on a dead end street, this lakefront unit is the perfect cozy, comfortable, relaxing location to unwind and get away from it all.
A car is best to enjoy the area. There are taxis, Uber and Lyft, but they are not plentiful or always available.
We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants, and fog the unit with a disinfectant prior to beginning the cleaning process.
