Holiday Lane features two levels of spacious living, with two outdoor decks overlooking the water.
Enjoy the beautiful, peaceful surroundings while relaxing on the deck or balcony after a long day. Beautiful hardwood floors grace the open floor plan of the main living area, with large windows providing an excellent view of the lake.
The upper level features a queen size bed with full bathroom. The newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom on the upper level features a heated granite floor. The main floor features a queen size bedroom and a full size bedroom and one full bathroom.
There is a wet bar in the upper level suite with a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker for your convenience. There is a laundry in the main foyer.
Standard amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combination coffee pot/k-cup coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and a refrigerator with automatic ice maker on the main level.
PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for the two upper floors of this location. The lower (first) level is locked off and is a separate apartment for a permanent local resident. They are two completely SEPARATE units. For your safety and comfort, they do not share ANY indoor living spaces, and the resident has no access to this unit. The resident even has their own deck. The only area that is shared would be the outdoor waterfront area.
The upstairs has 2 twin beds and the queen suite. They are "railroad" style, so access to the queen suite is gained by walking through the twin room. So the house will sleep 8 total, but only 6 privately. You could share the house with your extended family. The upstairs is great for parents with small children, and the older children, grandparents or friends could stay on the main floor.
Directly adjacent to the dock for this property is a jet ski dock that is NOT owned by the property and is not for use as part of this accommodation.
I can be reached by call or text 24 hours a day. I am a local host, and live less than 20 minutes away should I be needed, but once we have you checked in, the house will be all yours.
A beautiful waterfront location on a dead end street, makes for the perfect relaxing vacation to get away from it all and enjoy the lake, the sunsets, the sunrises and fresh air. With remote work from home, and online learning, you can call this your home away from home! Gorgeous views in the fall and winter make this a perfect time to take your family on a "stay-cation"
There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus system, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants to be sure we have the necessary product on hand to prepare your unit prior to your stay. Because of the extra steps necessary to prepare your unit, will are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.
