Ballpark Holiday is a recently renovated, inviting home with tons of thoughtful amenities, including a hot tub overlooking the lake for your vacationing pleasure!

Cooperstown Baseball Rentals offers many different properties suitable for 2-10 people.

Standard amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, & a refrigerator with automatic ice maker. Free WIFI & flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.

There are three floors of living space, plus two decks and a balcony off the upstairs bedroom. The entire house, plus a dock, 2 kayaks and a fire pit by the water are available for your use.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. 

Located on Goodyear Lake at the end of a dead end street, this is a peaceful, relaxing location to take in all the beauty of upstate New York.  Please observe quiet hours after 10pm.  No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed on the premises.

There are taxi companies in the area, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

Ballpark Holiday is conveniently located to all the area baseball camps and to Cooperstown, NY. It is just:

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
