PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for the lower level of this location. The upper level (2 floors) is locked off and is a separate unit. They are two completely SEPARATE units, both available for rent. For your safety and comfort, they do not share ANY indoor living spaces, and each unit has its own outdoor deck and its own private entrance. The hot tub is for use only by guests renting this unit. Directly adjacent to the dock for this property is a jet ski dock that is NOT owned by the property and is not for use as part of this accommodation.

You will be greeted by me or one of my courteous staff to answer any questions you may have and to give your your keys. I live within 15 minutes of the property and I am available by phone or text at any time if you have questions or concerns.

There are taxi companies in the area, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
