This is a first floor, one bedroom apartment that offers a queen size bed, one full bath with stall shower (no tub), a comfortable living room with a 50" (or larger) smart Roku TV, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Outdoors is a beautiful area with a patio set and gas grill to relax and barbecue, as well as a shared on-site laundry facility. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning are standard amenities included with all our rental properties.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen features a refrigerator with automatic ice maker, a regular coffee maker, K-cup brewer and an updated tiled floor and backsplash. The bathroom is fully tiled with a granite floor. There are 2 flat screen smart Roku TV's in this apartment. There is an on-site, shared free laundry facility.

There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the apartments.

Your host lives within 15 minutes of the property and is easily accessible via text or phone. You will be greeted at the property to be checked in and given your keys.

The Dugouts are located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, just minutes from Baseball World and Cooperstown All Star Village, as well as close to the downtown and Southside shopping districts.

There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area.

Across the hall is the Dugout Efficiency 1 unit which sleeps 1-2.  Upstairs is the Dugout 2 unit which sleeps 2, as well as the Dugout Efficiency 2which sleeps 1 – 2 people.  All units have separate entrances, which makes this a wonderful opportunity for 4 different families to be able to stay all together at one location yet have the privacy they need! Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
