Goose Bay is a rambling ranch house with is a great location for several families to share. It features 2 master bedrooms, both with a king size bed and fully tiled private bathroom, one of which is handicapped accessible. 3 additional bedrooms (2 with queen size beds and one with a set of twin beds) share the remaining 2 full tiled bathrooms. There are 7 flat screen Roku TVs (including a large 55" (or larger) TV in the main living room), and, best of all, an amazing waterfront location!

Goose Bay boasts an elegant living room with a beautiful bamboo floor and leather furniture, an enclosed porch overlooking the water for relaxing and enjoying the view whatever the weather, and a game room complete with a foosball table and wet bar/kitchenette! The kitchen features beautiful granite flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with automatic ice maker and a dishwasher. It is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils to provide the comforts of home.

Central air conditioning, high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) , and a washer and dryer are all standard amenities.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. 

Goose Bay is centrally located between Oneonta and Cooperstown with makes it the perfect location for your baseball vacation.

A security/damage deposit hold will be put on your credit card in the amount of $500.  In lieu of a credit card hold, you may pay cash at check in.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
