The home's layout is ideal for families sharing a Cooperstown week. Two king suites are located at opposite ends of the house, each with its own private full bathroom, giving families extra space and privacy. One of the two king suites features an accessible bathroom with grab bars. Three additional bedrooms — two queen rooms and one with two twin beds — provide comfortable accommodations for the rest of the group, with two additional full bathrooms nearby.
Between games, relax on the enclosed waterfront sunporch, enjoy the spacious yard and patio, or head out on the water. Goose Bay features a private boat launch and floating dock, with a canoe and kayak provided for guests. Keep an eye out for geese, ducks, herons, egrets and the occasional bald eagle!
Inside, there's plenty of room to gather or spread out, with a spacious main living room, a bonus kitchenette/wet bar with beverage refrigerator, and a separate bonus laundry/game area with foosball. Central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities provide all the comforts of home.

I'm Jerry, owner of Cooperstown Baseball Rentals. I was born and raised in Oneonta and still live right here in the Cooperstown/Oneonta area. We're locally owned and operated, and along with my local team, I'm nearby and available throughout your stay should you have questions or need assistance. Because we're local, we know our properties and the area firsthand and can respond personally when our guests need us. When you arrive, you'll be greeted at the property by me or a member of our team to welcome you, provide your keys, complete guest registration and help familiarize you with the home.
