Q:  Is there a minimum night stay required for your units?

A:  From June through August, all of our units are rented on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday.  We do not do any short stay bookings less than 7 days during the baseball camp season.  

Q:  When can we check in? 

A:   Check in time for all of our units is 5pm or after on Friday.  

Q:  Is there a specific check out time?

A:   Check out time is by 9am the following Friday.  No exceptions.  Checking out later than the required time may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.  

Q: Are we required to provide a security deposit?

A:  Yes.  A security deposit will be collected at check-in. The amount of the security deposit varies based on location, and will be stated in your confirmation letter.  The security deposit should be paid in the form of cash or check, and will be returned to you at check-out.  Credit cards are not accepted for the security deposit.

Q: Can I bring pets?

A: Unfortunately, to maintain the highest standards for our guests, pets are not allowed in our units.  If you have a service animal, please contact our office directly at 607-432-0810 to discuss available options.

Q:  Is there a maximum number of people allowed per unit?

A:  Yes.  Each one of our units is set up to comfortably accommodate a variety of maximum number of guests.  Each individual listing will provide detailed information on the number of occupants for that particular unit.  Larger units (3, 4 and 5 bedroom units) can be occupied by multiple families traveling together to help minimize costs per family.

Q:  Do your units have Wi-Fi?

A:  Yes, all of our units have free, high speed Wi-Fi for the convenience of our guests.

Q:  Is there a washer and dryer available in your units?

A:  Yes, all of our units have on-site laundry facilities.

Q:  Are your units air conditioned?

A:  Yes, all of our units are air conditioned.

Q:  Is there a place to park?

A:  Yes, all of our units have off street parking for your convenience.

Q:  Do your units have TV?

A:  Yes, all of our units have been updated to 50-inch or larger flat screen TV's with Blue Ray or DVD players in the living rooms and a 40-inch or larger TV in every bedroom.  All of our TV's are smart Roku TV's that can use your accounts to stream your favorite networks or apps.

Q:  Are there any additional taxes, hidden fees or extra charges?

A:  We only do weekly rentals, so we are only required to charge a 4% county bed tax, not the 12% that must be charged for nightly unit or hotel room rentals.  You will save 8% in tax by booking your week stay with us!  By booking directly with us, you will also save service charges and cleaning fees charged by national booking platforms.
