Outdoors is a beautiful area with a patio set and gas grill to relax and barbecue, as well as a shared on-site laundry facility. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning are standard amenities included with all our rental properties.

Across the hall is the Dugout 2 unit which sleeps 2.  Downstairs is the Dugout 1 unit which sleeps 2, as well as the Dugout Efficiency 1 which sleeps 1 – 2 people.  All units have separate entrances, which makes this a wonderful opportunity for 4 different families to be able to stay all together at one location yet have the privacy they need! There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
